Presentations and Programs

Matt Church has a history of delivering high energy, high content and high humour programs at events and within organisations... he is World Class. Rated as one of the hottest speakers on the conference circuit globally, he is obsessed with making conferences more purposeful, enjoyable and valued by all.
Just recently, he spoke to the Million Dollar Round Table audience of 12,000 n Tokyo. Receiving a standing ovation under translation (no mean feat), Matt says it's the donuts he gave the translators that made the difference!
Whether it's his keynotes, concurrent workshops, in-house programs or event MC-ing he is simply extraordinary. His energy lifts dead time slots, his thinking brings clarity to complex issues and his inspiring messages lift all to greater heights. Matt is a teacher at heart and believes that to create any shift, personal or organisational requires a new level of thinking.
The Conference Architect
For the last few years Matt has been acting as the facilitator and master of ceremonies for some very high end events. In this role, the energy and intelligence he brings to the actual event day is of massive value.
What's not often seen though is the role he plays assisting in the conference architecture, working with the meeting planners and event leaders to create a memorable and effective event. Often this is discussing new methods for meeting such as the Open Spaces Unconference (a very cool idea) and the Mega Breakouts (energetically awesome).
Sometimes it's working with the internal speakers to ensure they rock when compared to the professionals. A couple of private sessions with Matt can make a world of difference.
Thought Leadership
In 2001, Matt started the phenomenally successful Thought Leadership Movement. A study in modern collaboration, it now stands as a commercial community of Australia, and indeed the world's leading thinkers. Matt teaches the principles of Thought Leadership to the innovators in large organisations.
It's Matt's belief that teaching innovation and creativity comes after first discovering and unpacking the Thought Leadership that already exists in your business.
Matt also uses his experiences as the Socialpreneur who ignited the movement in his latest series of keynotes around the idea of Inspired.
Each a World Class Presentation in their own right...

The Speakers Speaker
We have run at least once a month Matt's new World Class Presenter Program. Run in-house or as a public event it's been a hit.
In his book 'Outliers', Malcolm Gladwell talks about the idea that it takes 10,000 hours to be a master of something. In this area, Matt is undoubtedly one of the country's leading masters.
In-house, this program is effectively an upgrade on any of the basic presentation skills courses. I overheard Matt only last week describing the program as a Presentation Skills 2.0. It's awesome.
You can read more at http://www.mattchurch.com.au/presentationskills. One of Australia's leading financial services businesses recently engaged Matt to run a 2-day Presentation Skills Program one month, followed by a 2-day Thought Leadership Program the next.
Matt Church has recently been voted as one of the 25 Hottest Speakers on the Planet by the International Federation of Professional Speakers in the USA.
From Keynote to Culture Change
A challenge for conference and event organisers is keeping the momentum of the conference message going once the actual event is complete. You can overcome this with:
- More sessions on each topic
- Bringing a speaker back over several consecutive years
- Follow up emails, newsletters and online resource centres
- Inhouse training programs that continue the education beyond the event
- Books, CD's and DVD's
INSPIRED
Organisations that succeed, no matter what, have leaders and teams that are inspired by what they do and what their work stands for. It doesn’t matter what the business or product is. What matters is what it stands for. It’s this lit up quality of great organisations that sets them apart. Culture, employee engagement and delivering results are all built on the foundation of an inspired organisation. To work on any of these organisational projects or other current imperatives is ineffective if the inspiration is absent.

Three years in a row 'The conference curriculum'
Matt has a curriculum of presentations that are designed so that they can be presented at an annual conference over a three year period. There are huge benefits to such a conference curriculum: There is the repeat rapport and trust that the delegates and Matt share. There is a real sense of education and growth. There is a 'buzz' element at your event as significant personal development occurs.
Thanks for taking the time to explore how we can move Matt's work from a keynote through to culture change.
