Every feeling you have is driven by a chemical! Find the chemical and you can fix the feeling. If it’s a good feeling "fix it" so you get more of it if it’s a bad feeling fix it so you get rid of it. You can control and choose your mood through your chemicals.

How we feel is a result of both psychological and physiological factors. Modern motivation theories tend to focus on the mind, goal setting and attitude adjusting. Mind centric motivation while useful is not immediate or simple. Body centric motivation is quick, clean and for most people who are of normal mental capacity a positive start. This program focuses on the naturally occurring chemicals that drive productivity, happiness, stress and every other feeling we face on a day-to-day basis.
